Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of choicecomics.shop and online purchases made through Choice Comics.
1. About Choice Comics
Choice Comics operates the online store at choicecomics.shop.
2. Using Our Website
The website may be used for lawful browsing, shopping, account activity and customer-service purposes. Misuse, fraudulent activity, unauthorized interference or unlawful use is prohibited.
3. Who May Place an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter the transaction or are acting with appropriate permission.
4. Products and Descriptions
We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Manufacturer or publisher packaging and display settings can produce minor differences. Material listing errors may be corrected when identified.
5. Comics, Cards, Collectibles and Sealed Products
Condition, packaging and sealed status shown on a product listing form part of the product information relevant to that purchase. Factory-sealed products should remain sealed if returned for change-of-mind reasons.
6. Prices and Currency
Online prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
7. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout where required.
8. Product Availability
Products are subject to availability. If an inventory or listing error prevents fulfillment, the order may be canceled and any collected payment for the unfulfilled item will be refunded as appropriate.
9. Payment
Online payments are currently processed through Shopify Payments. The exact payment options available for a transaction are those displayed during checkout.
10. Placing and Accepting an Order
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items. An order may be declined or canceled where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, fraud concerns, material listing error, inventory error or inability to fulfill.
11. U.S. Shipping
Online shipping is currently limited to eligible U.S. addresses. Standard U.S. shipping is free on eligible orders. Normal in-stock delivery is estimated at 3–6 business days, consisting of 1–2 business days processing and 2–4 business days transit.
12. Shipping Delays
If we cannot meet a promised shipping timeframe, Choice Comics will provide the notice, delay option, cancellation option or refund required by applicable law.
13. Online Local Pickup
Online local pickup is not currently offered.
14. Pre-Orders
Choice Comics does not currently offer pre-orders through the online store.
15. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Eligible online purchases may be returned within 30 days from delivery under the Refund & Return Policy. Approved eligible returns receive prepaid return shipping and no restocking fee. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
16. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
Contact Choice Comics promptly with your order number, a description and photographs where relevant. We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution.
17. Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a billing problem, contact us so we can review the transaction. Nothing in these Terms removes any non-waivable right you may have with your payment provider or under applicable law.
18. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Website text, graphics, layout and other content may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to Choice Comics or the applicable rights holder. Use of the website does not transfer ownership of those rights.
19. Reviews, Feedback and Submissions
If you submit reviews or feedback, you are responsible for ensuring your submission is lawful and does not violate another person's rights. Feedback may be used to improve the store and customer experience.
20. External Websites and Services
The store may rely on Shopify and other third-party services for ecommerce, payments, shipping or technical functions. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
21. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. Maintenance, service disruptions and events outside reasonable control may affect access.
22. Disclaimers and Limitations
Any disclaimer or limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the applicable law of the jurisdiction from which Choice Comics operates, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you.
