Refund & Return Policy
This policy explains return eligibility, return shipping, sealed-product requirements, damaged or incorrect orders and refund processing for online purchases made through Choice Comics.
- Return window: 30 days from delivery
- Return shipping: Paid by Choice Comics for approved eligible returns
- Return label: Prepaid label sent by email after approval
- Restocking fee: None
- Direct exchanges: Not currently offered
- Refund processing: 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection and approval
Return Eligibility
Eligible online purchases may be returned within 30 days from delivery.
For change-of-mind returns, products should be unused, undamaged and complete, with original packaging, accessories and documentation where applicable.
Starting a Return
Before sending anything back, email support@choicecomics.shop with your order number and the item you want to return.
Wait for return instructions and the approved prepaid return label before mailing the item.
Return Shipping
Choice Comics pays return shipping for an approved eligible return and provides a prepaid return label by email.
No restocking fee is charged for an approved eligible return.
Product Condition Requirements
Returned items should be packed securely and returned in the condition required for the applicable type of return. Missing parts, avoidable damage or materially altered condition may affect eligibility where permitted by law.
Sealed Comics, Cards and Collectibles
For change-of-mind returns, factory-sealed products must remain unopened and applicable factory seals must remain intact.
This condition does not remove any remedy that may apply if a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise not as ordered.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete. Include your order number, a clear description and photographs where relevant.
We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution based on the issue and product availability.
Exchanges
Choice Comics does not currently offer direct exchanges. An eligible item may be returned for a refund, and a replacement product can be purchased separately subject to availability.
Refund Processing
After an eligible returned item is received, inspected and approved, Choice Comics normally processes the refund within 5–10 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds after we issue the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before shipment, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop fulfillment where reasonably possible, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has progressed.
